What is the dress code?
We are encouraging formal attire with black tie optional. For the ladies, long dresses or formal mid-length dresses. For the gentlemen, dark suits with ties or tuxedos. However, we want all our guests to feel confident and comfortable, so please dress in a way that makes the day as enjoyable as possible for you!
Will the ceremony take place indoors or outdoors?
Both the ceremony and the reception will take place outdoors. Ladies, expect to walk on grass!
Are kids invited?
While we love your little ones, we want all parents to be able to relax and enjoy themselves. We have chosen to make our special day for adults 18 and above only. Thank you for understanding!
Can I bring a date?
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes — we’ll provide buses between the hotels and the venue. Pickup locations and times are:
- 3:15 PM — Marriott North (single pickup)
- 3:30 PM — Ruby Hotel (first pickup)
- 4:00 PM — Ruby Hotel (second pickup)
Return buses from Woodbine Mansion:
- 9:00 PM — Woodbine
- 10:00 PM — Woodbine (final pickup)
Please arrive at your hotel pickup point 10 minutes early.
Will there be parking?
The Woodbine Mansion offers a designated parking lot at the back of the property with 25 spaces. There is also a free garage located 1 block from the venue. Ridesharing is encouraged!
